A: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and cash.

Q: Do all of the rooms have air conditioning?
A: No. Not all rooms offer air conditioning. The average temperature for Moloka’i is about 70–80 degrees, and the rooms are open-air, which allows trade winds to circulate, creating the perfect temperature. Please inquire directly if you have any questions about air-conditioned rooms.

Q: Do all the rooms have microwaves, irons, ironing boards and refrigerators?
A: Yes. They also have coffee makers and hair dryers. Some refrigerator sizes and items may vary, but we welcome guests to contact the front desk so that we may assist you.

Q: Is there internet service in the room, and is there a charge?
A: We offer Wi-Fi throughout the property, including the lobby. But please remember, we are on a Pacific island and you’re here to unplug from everyday life.

Q: Is there nightly entertainment nearby?
A: Yes, Hiro’s Ohana Grill is a wonderful, oceanfront restaurant here on-site that features nightly entertainment.

Q: Is there shuttle service to and from the hotel?
A: Yes. An independently owned service does offer shuttle service between Hotel Molokai and the airport. It also offers shuttles to and from the hotel and Kaunakakai. Check at the Activities Desk at the hotel, or call 808.660.3377 directly. Please do not call Hotel Molokai about shuttles.

Q: What are the pool hours?
A: The pool hours are 9 a.m.–8 p.m. daily.

Q: Are there guest laundry services on site?
A: Yes, we do have laundry on site.
